Pillsbury Cleaning and Restoration was originally established as a supplier of cleaning, fire and water damage services to the Jacksonville, Florida area. With more than 25 years of operations, our services are utilized in more than 9 counties throughout Northeast Florida. Although our primary focus has not changed our company has been involved in multiple hurricane and clean-up projects throughout Florida and the Southeastern U.S. Pillsbury Cleaning and Restoration is a locally owned and operated company and we continue to expand our products and services through consultative problem solving by providing the highest level of customer service with the fastest response times in the area.

PCR provides multiple services ranging from small, light duty drying to complete project management of some of the toughest mold restoration projects in the southeast. Our services also include water damage and restoration, fire damage and restoration, mold remediation, bio-hazardous material removal, deodorization, drying services, carpet and upholstery cleaning, pressure washing services, sewage back-up restoration, crime scene clean-up, pet and smoker clean–up, commercial and residential janitorial and maid services and equipment rentals. In addition, PCR’s personnel have been involved in writing restoration protocols and emergency action plans for private and public businesses and organizations as well as various municipalities.

First and foremost, we are aware of the critical importance our services provide to our clients. Our staff is unsurpassed in technical know-how and training in cleaning and restoration. Although employees specialize in specific areas, each employee is trained and in many cases, certified in multiple areas. Company policy dictates that each employee must have at least 2.5 hours of new training per month. This training is handled through both in-house training and in-service courses and seminars offered from several vendors and agencies including IICRC, MEHRC and IAQA.
